Refund Policy

1. Hosting Services

• Refunds are applicable only if explicitly mentioned in the plan
• Setup fees, add-ons, and renewals are non-refundable
• Partial month usage is not refundable

2. Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.

3. Web Design & Development

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Refunds depend on project stage and discretion

4. Software Licenses

License purchases are non-refundable after activation.

5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in service suspension.
