2. Service Provision

LuckysCloud provides web hosting, VPS, domain registration, and related services. All services are subject to the specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) associated with your plan.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our infrastructure for:

  • Illegal content distribution or copyright infringement.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Distributing malware or conducting cyber-attacks.
  • Mining cryptocurrency unless explicitly permitted by your plan.

4. Billing and Refunds

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy (excluding domain registrations and custom development fees).

5. Limitation of Liability

LuckysCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or server downtime.
